Mom and Esther visit the tree
Mom says Allison (who works at the Wake Forest gift shop just off the quad and has become Mom’s friend) came out and explained that she has directed the grounds folks to bring in any buttons that fall from the tree. Then she hangs them back up. What a wonderful gift to our family. Thanks, Allison.

Grandpa is 90 today
We celebrated Grandpa’s 90th birthday yesterday. It was a really nice time – great to see family and get to celebrate such a lovely man.
This gives an impression of the group but I must say I was heartbroken when I got home and realized the remarkably poor quality of this photo.
