Same here. I used to love Facebook. Then the apps took over and I lost interest. It went from fun to lame really, really quick.
I just ignore App requests. The only Apps that I allow are either ones that I personally have been doing a while (and don’t force on other people) or new Facebook Connect apps that are tied to web sites I work on.
Thanks guys, glad to know I’m not the only FB-App curmudgeon in the area.
I’m another app-request ignorer. FB is okay, but I’m not going to spend a lot of time on it. I have, like, a life. And work to do.
